Role Description The ACCA FA & MA Trainer will deliver high-quality classroom instruction for ACCA Financial Accounting (FA) and Management Accounting (MA) papers to learners at the Hyderabad center. This part-time, on-site role involves planning and structuring course sessions, explaining core concepts, and using practical examples and case studies to strengthen conceptual understanding. The trainer will prepare teaching materials, presentations,



and practice questions; conduct doubt-clearing sessions; and regularly assess learner progress through tests, assignments, and feedback discussions.

The role also includes staying updated with ACCA syllabus changes, maintaining academic records, coordinating with the academic and center teams, and supporting learners with exam strategies and study planning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong subject knowledge in Financial Accounting and Management Accounting, with expertise in ACCA FA & MA syllabi.
- Candidates should possess skills in classroom delivery, lesson planning, and student engagement using practical examples and case-based learning.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and structured manner.
- Candidates should possess assessment and mentoring skills, including designing tests, evaluating performance, and providing constructive feedback.
- Candidates should possess professional qualifications such as ACCA (part-qualified or qualified), CA, CMA, or equivalent; teaching or training experience in ACCA or related finance programs is preferred.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, proficiency with basic MS Office tools, and a learner-centric approach aligned with IMS Proschool’s mission.
