Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, responsible, and target-oriented Academic Head to oversee the overall academic and operational management of the institution. The candidate will be responsible for managing the academic team, supervising counsellors, driving team targets, improving student enrolments, and ensuring the smooth functioning and growth of the institution.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee the overall operations and administration of the institution.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate the team of academic counsellors to achieve monthly enrolment and revenue targets.
- Set individual and team targets for counsellors and ensure timely achievement.
- Monitor daily counselling activities, student follow-ups, conversions, and admission closures.
- Develop strategies to improve student enrolments, lead conversions, and overall institutional performance.
- Ensure proper coordination between academic, counselling, marketing, and placement departments.
- Supervise course operations, student admissions, batch scheduling, and academic activities.
- Maintain student satisfaction and ensure quality service throughout the admission and learning process.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and target assessments.




- Identify performance gaps and implement corrective measures to improve productivity.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to management.
- Take responsibility for the overall growth, discipline, and efficiency of the institution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in academic management, education management, admissions, or institutional administration.
- Proven experience in handling and managing a team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent knowledge of target management, student counselling, and admission processes.
- Ability to drive team performance and achieve monthly business targets.
- Robust organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Achievement of monthly team enrolment and revenue targets.
- Individual counsellor performance and conversion rates.
