Offenso Hackers Academy is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Academic Counsellor to join our team in Trivandrum. The candidate will be responsible for counselling prospective students, understanding their career goals, explaining our cybersecurity and technical training programmes, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing calls from prospective students regarding course enquiries.
- Understand students' educational backgrounds, interests and career aspirations.
- Explain course details, curriculum, duration, fee structure and career opportunities.
- Guide students in selecting suitable courses based on their interests and career goals.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Convert prospective enquiries into successful admissions.
- Achieve assigned monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups and admission conversions.
- Build and maintain good relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with academic and placement teams to ensure a smooth admission process.




- Participate in promotional activities, seminars and admission campaigns.
- Prepare and submit daily and monthly performance reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Academic Counselling, Educational Sales, Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, negotiation and sales abilities.
- Valuable follow-up and lead-management skills.
- Ability to work towards targets and achieve admission goals.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
- Previous experience in the EdTech or educational industry will be an added advantage.
