Role Description The Academic Counsellor is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with a combination of in office responsibilities and some work-from-home flexibility. In this role, the counsellor will guide prospective and enrolled students on course offerings, test-prep programs, and academic pathways, helping them make informed decisions aligned with their goals. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions,



supporting parents with information on curricula and exam requirements, and providing ongoing academic advising to improve student engagement and performance.

The counsellor will collaborate closely with faculty and center teams to track student progress, address academic concerns, and recommend interventions or support services as needed. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, participating in outreach or orientation activities, and contributing to a positive, student-centric environment at the Indore center.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Student Counseling and Academic Advising skills to support learners in their educational journey.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact clearly and respectfully with students, parents, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Career Counseling and Education-related knowledge to guide learners on suitable academic and professional pathways.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (Education, Psychology, Counseling, or related field) and experience in academic or career counseling are preferred.
- Ability to build trust with students and families, work with data and student records, use digital tools for counseling, and adapt to a hybrid work setting.
