Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Academic Counsellors who can connect with prospective students, understand their educational requirements, guide them towards suitable programmes, and convert enquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective students and working professionals through company-provided leads.
- Understand students' academic backgrounds, career goals, and educational requirements.
- Counsel students about suitable online and distance learning programmes.
- Explain course details, university options, admission procedures, and programme benefits.
- Convert interested prospects into successful admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular communication with prospective and enrolled students.
- Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate lead details, follow-ups, and student interactions in the CRM system.
- Prepare daily activity reports and track lead conversion performance.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth admission process.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline.
- 6 months to 4 years of experience in Academic Counselling, EdTech Sales, Education Sales, or a similar role.
- Fresh graduates with excellent communication and convincing skills may also be considered.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to convert leads into admissions.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and willingness to learn.

Ideal Candidate Profile A confident, proactive, and result-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with students, providing career guidance, and working in a target-driven environment. Candidates with experience in online education, distance learning, or university admissions will be preferred. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
