We are looking for a skilled and responsible AC Technician to join our hospital maintenance team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air-conditioning systems to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for patients, visitors, and hospital staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine preventive maintenance of air-conditioning systems.

- Diagnose and troubleshoot AC-related electrical and mechanical issues.

- Handle installation, servicing, repair, and replacement of AC units.

- Monitor and maintain centralized AC systems, split ACs, and other HVAC equipment.

- Ensure proper temperature control in patient care areas, operation theatres, ICUs, and other critical areas as per hospital requirements.

- Attend emergency maintenance complaints and ensure timely resolution.

- Maintain service records, maintenance logs, and equipment checklists.

- Follow hospital safety standards and infection control protocols while performing maintenance activities.





- Coordinate with the maintenance team and external service providers when required.

Eligibility Criteria

- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or relevant technical qualification.

- 2–5 years of relevant work experience.

- Previous experience in a hospital environment is preferred.

- Good knowledge of AC systems, HVAC equipment, and electrical troubleshooting.

- Ability to handle maintenance emergencies and work in shifts.

- Good communication and teamwork skills.
