Data Analyst

Mandatory skills*

- Strong experience in Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA), including data profiling, trend analysis, anomaly detection, root cause analysis, data quality assessment, and deriving actionable insights from complex datasets. 2) Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in BigQuery or similar analytical data platforms. 3) Experience with Python and PySpark for data exploration, validation, prototyping, and solution design. 4) Ability to design data pipelines, including source analysis, transformation logic, aggregations, KPI calculations, data models, and end-to-end data flows. 5) Experience designing analytical reports and dashboards using Looker, Grafana, and Kibana. 6) Strong documentation skills for creating requirements, functional designs, source-to-target mappings, business rules, and pipeline specifications for Data Engineering implementation. 7) Understanding of data quality, validation, reconciliation, and data lineage concepts. 8) Ability to translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and detailed technical designs. 9) Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills. 10) Spark, python, Kafka, airflow, YAML, Problem solving and debugging skill. 11) Good to have: K8s, scala, kafka streams, GCP stack
