Strong expertise in frontend and full-stack application development, with hands-on experience. Strong understanding of the delivery processes, governance framework, and organizational ways of working to enable efficient execution and collaboration.

Experience in designing, developing, and delivering UI enhancements and user experience improvements, ensuring high usability, accessibility, and performance of enterprise applications. Collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, UI/UX teams, backend developers, architects, and platform teams to ensure alignment between business requirements, technical implementation, and platform constraints. Solid expertise in frontend development, while also possessing backend development capabilities to support end-to-end solution delivery across the application stack. Quickly assess, onboard, and implement new requirements by leveraging historical project knowledge, existing solution context. Contribute to maintaining application stability, delivery efficiency, and development continuity through deep knowledge of existing application architecture and project history. The resource must support the ongoing enhancement, maintenance, and operational stability of strategic digital platforms through proactive problem-solving and cross-functional teamwork.
