Position: 3D Visualizer / CAD Designer

Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with good skills may also apply)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Produces convincing office renders, technical drawings and presentation decks. This allows the senior designer to focus on concepts and clients rather than drafting all day.

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer / CAD Designer who can convert design concepts, drawings and ideas into accurate 2D technical drawings and realistic 3D visualizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Create 2D drawings, floor plans, elevations and detailed layouts.
- Develop realistic 3D models and renderings of interior and exterior spaces.
- Prepare architectural and interior design drawings.
- Understand client requirements and convert them into visual concepts.
- Prepare working drawings, furniture layouts and execution details.
- Coordinate with the design and execution team.




- Make revisions and modifications as per project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy, quality and timely completion of assigned projects.

Required Skills & Software
- AutoCAD – 2D drafting and technical drawings.
- SketchUp – 3D modelling.
- 3ds Max / Blender – 3D modelling (preferred).
- V-Ray / Lumion / Enscape – Rendering and visualization.
- Adobe Photoshop – Basic post-production and presentation skills.

Candidate Requirements
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, dimensions and proportions.
- Creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Good time management and problem-solving skills.
- A portfolio of previous 2D/3D work is preferred.
