Description

FNMS On-Premise Administration

- Install, configure, and manage FlexNet Manager Suite (FNMS) On-Premise components including FNMS Server, Compliance Server, and Discovery.
- Administer SQL Server databases related to FNMS including performance tuning, backups, and troubleshooting.
- Integrate FNMS with enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, SCCM, and Active Directory using APIs and connectors.
- Oversee software discovery processes using agent-based and agentless tools.
- Monitor FNMS performance and resolve compliance, data integrity, and system issues.
- Manage and optimize software license entitlement data to ensure vendor compliance.

ServiceNow SAM Pro Administration

- Configure and manage the ServiceNow SAM Pro module.
- Maintain integrations between SAM Pro, CMDB, and third-party discovery tools.
- Implement workflow automation using ServiceNow Flow Designer.
- Develop compliance and optimization reports within ServiceNow.
- Administer user roles and permissions.
- Apply patches, updates, and version upgrades to FNMS and ServiceNow SAM Pro.

Cross-Platform Integration & Data Synchronization

- Ensure data synchronization between FNMS and ServiceNow SAM Pro.
- Develop and maintain APIs/connectors for automation.
- Collaborate with IT and procurement teams on license management.

Reporting & Compliance

- Generate compliance reports from FNMS and ServiceNow.
- Analyze usage and recommend license optimization strategies.





Technical Troubleshooting & Support

- Provide technical support for FNMS and ServiceNow environments.
- Monitor platforms to identify performance issues and improvements.
