Role Description The 3D Graphic Designer will work full time on-site in Mumbai, collaborating with event planners and marketing teams to develop 3D event visuals and immersive environments for stage setups, booths, and experiential installations. Day-to-day responsibilities include creating 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for event concepts, as well as designing digital assets aligned with brand guidelines and event themes. The role involves translating briefs into visual concepts, preparing design presentations,



and refining designs based on stakeholder feedback and technical constraints such as venue layout and production requirements.

The 3D Graphic Designer will work closely with production vendors to ensure designs are feasible and accurately executed, maintaining high-quality standards and consistent branding across all visual materials.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design, with the ability to create visually compelling 3D and 2D event assets.
- Experience in Logo Design and Branding to develop and adapt brand identities for event environments and collateral.
- Proficiency in Typography and layout principles to produce legible, engaging signage, presentations, and digital content.
- Hands-on expertise with industry-standard 3D and design tools (e.g., 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Portfolio demonstrating 3D event visualizations, exhibition booths, stage designs, or related spatial design work.
- Ability to interpret client briefs, work under deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional event teams.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Animation, or a related field.
- Experience in event, exhibition, or experiential marketing design is an advantage.
