Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Manager – Accounting & Advisory in Gurgaon office with relevant experience in accounting, financial reporting, client management, and team handling.

Experience in an outsourced accounting/consulting/qualified services environment would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and review end-to-end accounting activities, including general ledger, AP, AR, fixed assets, bank reconciliations, provisions, accruals, and other closing activities.

- Ensure timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual book closure.

- Review trial balances, balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and financial statements.





- Ensure accounting is maintained in accordance with applicable accounting standards and company policies.

- Review monthly MIS, management reports, cash flow statements, and other financial reports.

- Client and stakeholder management - Understand client requirements and ensure timely delivery of agreed scope and deliverables.

- Review and management of accounting teams

- Audit and statutory compliance coordination

- Accounting/process advisory and process improvement

- SOPs and internal controls

- Managing multiple client engagements simultaneously

- Advanced Excel and accounting/ERP systems
