RR Dental Labs Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an enthusiastic, confident, and self-motivated Marketing & Intraoral Scanning Executive for our Hubli branch.

The selected candidate will be responsible for visiting clinics, promoting our products and services, developing business relationships, generating new orders, and performing intraoral scanning.

No prior dental experience is required. We provide complete training in intraoral scanning, product knowledge, marketing, and branch operations at our Hyderabad Head Office.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing & Business Development (Primary Priority)

- Visit existing and current clinics regularly.
- Promote company products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Generate new business and follow up with existing customers.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets.
- Submit daily visit and activity reports.

2. Intraoral Scanning (Second Priority)

- Visit clinics and perform intraoral scanning.
- Follow scanning procedures and quality standards.
- Upload scan files and coordinate with the production team.
- Maintain accurate case documentation.
- Complete all necessary technical training provided by the company.

3. Pickup, Delivery & Coordination

- Collect and deliver cases to clinics when required.
- Coordinate with customers and the head office.
- Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and case updates.





Candidate Requirements

- Qualification: Any degree or diploma.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Languages: Kannada, Hindi, and English.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Interest in marketing, field visits, and business development.
- Willingness to learn new technologies.
- Basic smartphone and computer knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Must be willing to attend 2–3 months of training in Hyderabad.
- No dental background or previous intraoral scanning experience required.

Training, Salary & Benefits

- Training: 2–3 months at Hyderabad Head Office.
- Salary During Training: Full agreed salary will be paid throughout the training period.
- Technical Training: Company-provided training in intraoral scanning, marketing, and operational procedures.
- Posting After Training: Hubli, Karnataka.
- Conveyance Allowance: Additional allowance for official field travel at the Hubli location, as per company policy.

Salary: Based on experience and interview.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
