Job Summary

We are looking for a polite, skilled, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Hotel Golden Palm. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing reservations, handling check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring a pleasant experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome guests warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, booking inquiries, and cancellations.
- Manage guest registrations, room allocations, and billing.
- Answer telephone calls, WhatsApp messages, and guest inquiries.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and other hotel departments.
- Maintain accurate records of guest details, payments, and daily transactions.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.




- Manage cash, UPI, and card payments and prepare shift handover reports.
- Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the reception desk.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel.
- Friendly personality, professional appearance, and a customer-first attitude.
- Previous hotel or front desk experience preferred, but freshers may apply.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
