We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Manage appointments, schedules, and meeting arrangements.
- Maintain visitor records and employee information.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and courier deliveries.
- Respond to emails and manage daily correspondence.
- Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and organized.
- Perform basic data entry, filing, photocopying, and documentation.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Provide general administrative support as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduation preferred.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and MS Office skills.
- Good telephone etiquette and customer-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
