Branch Sales Manager

Location: Choolissery, Thrissur, Kerala

Company: Tapco Buildware India Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an experienced, agile and target-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead and manage our complete sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and lead the In-house Sales Team and Telesales Team.
- Monitor and coordinate the Lead Generation Team.
- Manage and guide Field Sales Staff.
- Monitor daily sales activities, reports, targets and performance.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Drive sales growth with a strong focus on Premium Products and Brands.
- Ensure proper lead management, customer follow-ups and sales conversions.
- Motivate the team and ensure achievement of monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with management and provide regular sales performance updates.





Requirements

- Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales.
- Degree qualification is mandatory.
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills.
- Good knowledge of sales planning, reporting and business development.
- Ability to handle multiple sales teams and achieve targets.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
