Scheduling and Workflow: Managing service appointments, coordinating with parts managers to ensure spare parts are available, and assigning tasks to mechanics.

Translating Mechanical Issues: Translating complex technical explanations from mechanics into transparent, easy-to-understand language for the customer, and conversely, writing detailed repair orders for the technicians

Providing Updates: Keeping customers informed throughout the day regarding the status of their vehicle and any newly discovered issues.

Checkout and Delivery: Reviewing the completed work with the customer, explaining the final invoice, processing payments, and handling any complaints.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
