Job Overview

Tirupati Solar Tech is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and result-oriented Solar Sales Executives to join our growing team.

The candidate will be responsible for converting company-provided leads into confirmed solar installations. The role involves customer interaction, lead follow-ups, site visits, explaining solar solutions, coordinating with internal teams and assisting customers throughout the installation process.

Candidates with prior knowledge of the solar industry are preferred. However, candidates without solar experience will receive 20 days of structured training from our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact and follow up with company-provided customer leads.
- Understand customer requirements and explain suitable rooftop solar solutions.
- Conduct customer site visits and assess installation requirements.
- Generate interest, negotiate and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams for application processing.
- Maintain customer information, follow-ups and sales progress in the CRM.
- Assist customers with documentation and application procedures.
- Coordinate with the internal team until successful installation and commissioning.
- Be available to address customer queries, calls and concerns throughout the sales and installation journey.




- Maintain valuable customer relationships and generate referrals.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving licence.
- Must be fluent in Telugu and capable of communicating effectively with customers.
- Must have good communication, negotiation and sales skills.
- Basic awareness of the solar industry is preferred.
- Candidates without solar industry knowledge will receive 20 days of training.
- Must be enthusiastic, proactive and eager to learn.
- Must be comfortable travelling for customer site visits.
- Basic smartphone and CRM application knowledge is required.
- Must be capable of independently handling leads and closing sales.
