Position: Quantity Surveyor

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor with a minimum of 7 years of experience in construction and real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for project estimation, cost planning, quantity surveying, budget management, and overall cost control.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed BOQs (Bill of Quantities) and quantity take-offs.
- Handle project cost estimation, budgeting, and cost analysis.
- Prepare rate analysis for materials, labour, and construction activities.
- Monitor project expenses and ensure effective cost control.
- Verify contractor bills, subcontractor claims, and invoices.
- Conduct site measurements and verify executed quantities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors.
- Manage tender documentation and assist in vendor negotiations.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project expenditure.




- Prepare regular project cost reports and maintain documentation.

Required Skills

- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in Quantity Surveying.
- Strong knowledge of civil construction and estimation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Excellent knowledge of BOQ preparation, billing, and rate analysis.
- Solid negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to independently manage project costing and documentation.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tirupur North, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
