Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) with a B.Tech (Civil)qualification and relevant experience in the construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Handle client enquiries, follow-ups, and coordination.
- Coordinate with project, design, and sales teams to ensure timely updates to clients.
- Monitor project progress and communicate updates to clients.
- Address client concerns and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain client records and prepare regular follow-up reports.

Requirements

- B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid coordination and client-handling abilities.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
