Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and service-oriented Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service to guests while maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and attend to guests in the restaurant.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately.
- Serve food and beverages professionally and on time.
- Set up tables and maintain proper restaurant presentation.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth food service.
- Handle guest requests and provide prompt assistance.
- Explain menu items, food options, and daily specials to guests.
- Follow standard operating procedures and service standards.
- Assist with buffet setup, restaurant opening, and closing duties.
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout the dining experience.




- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.

Skills & Qualifications

- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Pleasant personality and positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills.
- Professional grooming and personal hygiene.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Freshers with a passion for hospitality may also apply.
