Job Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company leads.
- Explain our residential plots and project details clearly.
- Understand customer requirements, budget, and location preferences.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and WhatsApp.
- Convince and coordinate with customers for site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status.
- Handle basic customer objections and coordinate with the Sales Manager when required.
- Achieve monthly call, follow-up, site-visit, and booking targets.
- Maintain proper customer records in CRM / lead management system.

Required Skills:

- Good communication skills in English and Tamil.
- Hindi/Telugu communication will be an added advantage.
- Good convincing and negotiation skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business and CRM.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can also apply
