Backed by UK-based leadership, we own an established, fully licensed commercial food processing and flour products facility in Chengannur. ​We are now restructuring and rebuilding this business from the ground up into a modern, scalable brand.

We are looking for our first key leadership hire on the ground—an entrepreneurial thinker who wants to treat this business as their own, build the roadmap, and execute it in real life.

How This Role Works (Flexibility & Autonomy): ​Results Over Clock-Watching: This is not a rigid 9-to-5 desk job or a purely manual field sales role. In these early stages, you will have flexible working hours and autonomy to manage your schedule around project milestones. ​Build Your Own Support Team: You will not be expected to do every manual task alone. We are ready to hire supporting staff (production operators, packaging helpers, and field sales executives) as the business grows—however, you will be responsible for managing the overall operational budget, controlling expenses, and ensuring every rupee spent delivers a return.

Key Responsibilities: ​

Rebuild & Strategize from Scratch: Assess our existing Chengannur facility and develop a practical, step-by-step business plan to relaunch operations, upgrade product lines, and achieve profitability. ​

End-to-End Execution: Oversee the transition from planning to real-world daily operations—including raw material sourcing, production planning, quality control,



and regulatory compliance. ​

Initial Marketing & Brand Launch: Lead the initial branding, packaging upgrades, local market positioning, and B2B/retail customer acquisition across Central Travancore.

​Cost Control & Team Management: Recruit and supervise support staff as needed while strictly monitoring daily expenses, unit economics, and cash flow. ​

Direct UK Reporting: Work directly with the UK Founder through weekly video strategy calls and transparent digital reporting. ​

Who We Are Looking For:

​Education OR Experience: Holds an MBA / PGDM (or equivalent business/management degree) OR has hands-on experience in FMCG, food processing, retail distribution, or small-business management. ​

Capability Over CV Length: Prior experience is NOT mandatory if you can prove your capability. Whether you are a sharp, hungry MBA graduate with a strong entrepreneurial mindset or an experienced local professional, we care about how you think, plan, and execute.

​Financial & Commercial Sense: Robust grip on basic budgeting, cost control, and practical problem-solving.

Languages: Fluent in Malayalam (for managing local vendors and staff) and comfortable in English (for business planning and reporting).

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
