Job Summary

Be Max Academy is looking for a motivated, responsible, and result-oriented professional to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager / Branch Manager at our Newly opening Thiruvalla branch. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership, communication, and team management skills, along with the ability to manage daily branch operations and achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, monitor, and motivate staff to achieve branch targets.
- Handle student enquiries, counselling, admissions, and follow-ups.
- Develop strategies to improve student admissions and branch performance.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure smooth coordination among team members.
- Maintain student records, reports, and other administrative documents.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
- Coordinate with the Head Office regarding branch activities, targets, and performance.
- Monitor revenue, expenses, and overall branch productivity.




- Ensure professional standards and company policies are followed.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience in branch management, sales, administration, or the education sector is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good team management and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to handle responsibilities independently and work towards targets.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates with experience in educational institutions, training centres, or customer-facing roles will be given preference.
- Freshers with strong leadership and communication skills may also apply.
