Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and customer-focused Sales Executive to assist customers in selecting the right invitation cards and related products. The candidate should have valuable communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to convert customer enquiries into successful orders while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers warmly and understand their requirements.
- Explain different types of invitation cards, paper quality, sizes, printing methods, and finishing options.
- Understand customer requirements such as occasion, quantity, budget, design, and expected delivery date.
- Suggest suitable designs and products based on customer preferences and budget.
- Handle customer enquiries through direct visits, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other communication channels.
- Explain the difference between customized and ready-made invitation cards.
- Promote wedding bags, return gifts, and other related products.
- Follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders.
- Explain pricing, payment terms, advance payments, and delivery timelines clearly.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams to ensure smooth order processing.




- Maintain proper customer details and order records.
- Keep customers updated about design approval, printing, and delivery status.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and display area.
- Build good relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch growth.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Knowledge of Tamil and basic English communication.
- Friendly attitude and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable products.
- Good negotiation and sales skills.
- Willingness to learn about invitation card designs and printing.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
