Technical Sales / Product Manager / Application Specialist

Qualification: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc. / M.Sc. / Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Biology, or Life Sciences

Travel: Willingness to travel for customer meetings and demonstrations is required.

We are looking for technically knowledgeable, customer-focused professionals to promote and support laboratory automation and life science solutions across research laboratories, biopharma companies, and clinical research organizations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify prospective customers and develop new sales opportunities.
- Understand customer workflows and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Promote genomics automation, NGS sample preparation, and liquid handling systems.
- Demonstrate solutions for drug discovery, multimode readers, and single-cell workflows.
- Present spatial biology, protein analysis, evaporation, and biobanking solutions.
- Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and technical presentations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals,



product comparisons, and tender documents.
- Follow up on enquiries, address technical questions, and support sales closure.
- Coordinate with application, product, and service teams to meet customer requirements.
- Maintain records of customer interactions, sales opportunities, and follow-ups.
- Work towards agreed sales targets and develop lasting customer relationships.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in technical sales, application support, or laboratory work involving the listed technologies.
- Understanding of genomics, molecular biology, laboratory automation, or drug discovery workflows.
- Valuable communication, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
