About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Area Development Officer to join our growth team in Vapi. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales performance, forging key B2B relationships with architects, builders, and fabricators, and capturing new market opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales Execution: Achieve target sales through strategic planning, regular client visits, and impactful product demonstrations.
- Business Development: Identify and develop current business opportunities with builders, architects, fabricators, and project sites.
- Pipeline Management: Build a robust sales pipeline, track opportunities, and share regular progress reports with management.
- Site Visits & Networking:



Conduct frequent project site visits to meet key decision-makers and build long-term client relationships.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal sales teams to ensure prompt delivery of quotations and proposals.
- Order Closure: Follow up with clients diligently to convert leads, close orders, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor local competitor activities, market trends, and industry developments.
- Reporting: Maintain detailed records and submit timely reports on sales, active orders, architect meetings, and tenders.
