Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandiser to manage product planning, inventory allocation, stock movement and production coordination. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining the right product assortment across retail stores and online channels while ensuring product availability and efficient inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage product assortments across retail stores and online platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, stock levels and customer buying trends to identify product requirements.
- Coordinate with production, design and inventory teams for timely product development and availability.
- Track fast-moving and slow-moving products and plan replenishment accordingly.
- Manage stock allocation and product transfers across stores and warehouses.




- Coordinate with vendors and manufacturing units to track orders and delivery timelines.
- Assist in planning recent product launches and collection rollouts.
- Work with retail teams to ensure appropriate product selection and display across stores.
- Analyse SKU performance, sales reports, inventory turnover and stock availability.
- Prepare regular merchandising reports and suggest improvements in product planning.

Skills & Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in merchandising, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle or retail.
- Good understanding of inventory management and product assortment planning.
- Strong analytical and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple product categories and deadlines.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of jewellery categories and retail operations will be an added advantage.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Merchandising, Business Administration or a related field.
