About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Sales Executive with 2 years of hands-on experience to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities-

- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Research and identify potential clients, markets, and revenue streams through cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.

- Client Engagement: Conduct pitch presentations, product demonstrations, and meetings with prospective clients to understand their needs and position our solutions effectively.

- Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and update regular activity reports using CRM tools.

- Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations, address client objections, and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.

- Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients during onboarding, ensuring high satisfaction and supporting retention efforts.

- Market Intelligence:



Keep track of competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback to share insights with the internal team.

Requirements & Qualifications-

Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in B2B or B2C sales (industry experience can be tailored as needed).

Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and local languages.

- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing abilities.

- Good working knowledge of CRM software and MS Office / Google Workspace.

- Self-motivated with a target-driven and resilient attitude.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
