RLT Edzaro is looking for a knowledgeable and experienced Tally Trainer to deliver practical and industry-oriented training in TallyPrime, accounting, GST and related financial operations. The candidate should be capable of training students and working professionals, explaining accounting concepts clearly, and helping learners develop practical skills required for accounting and finance-related careers.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on TallyPrime.
- Train students in basic and advanced accounting concepts.
- Teach GST implementation, GST returns, taxation and compliance using TallyPrime.
- Provide hands-on training in sales, purchase, payment, receipt and journal vouchers.
- Train students in inventory management, stock management and banking operations.
- Cover payroll management, salary processing and statutory deductions.
- Teach financial statements, balance sheets, profit and loss accounts and other financial reports.
- Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments and practical exercises.
- Conduct regular assessments, mock tests and student performance evaluations.
- Monitor student attendance, progress and learning outcomes.
- Provide individual guidance and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Maintain training records and ensure completion of the prescribed syllabus.
- Support students in preparing for Tally certification examinations.

Required Skills





- Strong knowledge of TallyPrime and accounting principles.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, payroll and taxation.
- Practical knowledge of inventory and financial management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to explain technical accounting concepts in a simple manner.
- Classroom management and student-handling skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic computer applications.

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or an equivalent qualification.
- Tally certification is an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Tally training or accounting.
- Candidates with practical accounting experience and a passion for teaching are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with strong TallyPrime knowledge and excellent communication skills may also be considered.
