The Commercial Associate will support the day-to-day commercial and administrative activities of the organization, including documentation, customer and vendor coordination, order processing, record maintenance, and preparation of commercial reports. The candidate should have good communication skills, attention to detail, and basic knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and delivery-related documents.
- Maintain and update commercial records and documentation.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and Operations teams for approvals and documentation.
- Track order processing, dispatch schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare reports and MIS updates using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Coordinate with vendors and maintain vendor-related documents.
- Ensure proper documentation and filing for audits and compliance.
- Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
