We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Car Sales Consultant to join our Honda showroom. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling new Honda cars, understanding customer requirements, providing suitable vehicle recommendations, and achieving sales targets while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Welcome customers and understand their car purchase requirements, preferences, and budget.

* Explain car models, features, specifications, pricing, and available offers.

* Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives for prospective customers.

* Follow up with leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.

* Assist customers with quotations, booking procedures, finance options, and documentation.

* Coordinate with the finance, insurance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery.

* Maintain customer records, update lead status, and follow up on pending enquiries.





* Build long-term customer relationships and encourage referrals and repeat business.

Eligibility and Requirements

* Any degree or equivalent qualification.

* Prior experience in automobile sales or customer service is preferred.

* Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

* Knowledge of MS Office and basic computer operations.

* Valid driving licence and willingness to conduct test drives.

* Customer-focused attitude and willingness to achieve sales targets.

Skills Required

* Strong sales and convincing abilities.

* Good product presentation and customer-handling skills.

* Ability to understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles.

* Positive approach towards achieving targets and handling customer enquiries.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
