Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop current business opportunities in the Agriculture and Road Safety sectors.
- Conduct regular field visits to government departments, industries, institutions, and project locations.
- Coordinate with government officials, clients, and stakeholders for business development activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government departments and industry partners.
- Identify potential government projects, tenders, and CSR opportunities.
- Conduct field surveys, stakeholder meetings, and project feasibility assessments.
- Visit rural and urban project locations to identify business opportunities.
- Support proposal preparation, project discussions, and documentation.
- Follow up with clients and government departments for project approvals and new opportunities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for project planning and implementation.
- Prepare daily field visit reports, meeting updates, and business development reports.
- Achieve assigned business development targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate/MBA in Business Administration, Agriculture, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Agriculture and Road Safety sectors.
- Good communication, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in fieldwork, government coordination, or business development preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for field visits and client meetings.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, reporting, and documentation.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple field activities.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with knowledge or experience in Agriculture, Road Safety, government projects, and field-based business development.

Work Location: Chandigarh , with regular field visits as required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
