Job Overview

Qbay Career is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The role involves connecting with clients through online platforms, understanding their requirements, providing career-related information, coordinating career counselling sessions, and ensuring a smooth client experience.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage with clients professionally through calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect and communicate with clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, Instagram, and other online platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information about Qbay Career's services.
- Coordinate and arrange online career counselling sessions.
- Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses and support.
- Follow up with clients regularly and maintain effective communication.
- Manage and update client details, interactions, and follow-up statuses in the CRM system.
- Ensure a positive client experience through proper communication and support.




- Coordinate with internal teams to address client concerns and resolve issues.
- Maintain records of client interactions, feedback, and service requests.
- Prepare daily and weekly client follow-up and activity reports.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence in handling client calls and online meetings.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and other digital communication platforms.
- Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn.
- Strong follow-up and client-handling abilities.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Patience, a positive attitude, and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to handle multiple client interactions efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Previous experience in customer relationship management, client servicing, telecalling, or customer support is an advantage.
- Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Experience in online client coordination or career counselling will be an added advantage.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
