Job Description

We are looking for Sales Executives / Sales Team Leaders to handle sales activities for CCTV and surveillance solutions.

Responsibilities

- Generate leads and identify potential customers.
- Promote CCTV and surveillance products and solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations.
- Follow up with leads and prospective customers.
- Prepare quotations and coordinate with internal teams.
- Achieve assigned sales targets.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- For Sales TL: guide the sales team, monitor performance and support the team in achieving targets.

Requirements





- Sales experience preferred, preferably in CCTV, security systems, surveillance or related products.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and confident personality.
- Ability to generate and follow up on leads.
- Sales Team Leader candidates should have relevant team-handling experience.

Salary

₹40,000–₹50,000 per month CTC

Work Timing

10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
