About us

Cytoscan Intelligence Technologies builds software that helps businesses in the medical and retail sectors manage billing, reconciliation, staff management and reporting, replacing spreadsheets and paperwork. We’re incubated at the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR), Government of India, and supported by Kerala Startup Mission. We’re growing quickly across India.

The role

You’ll be the person a client meets once they’re interested. You’ll demonstrate our software in the context of their business, help them get started, and make sure their team uses it confidently. You’ll own the journey from “booked a demo” to “using our product every day.”

Fluency in Hindi or Tamil is preferred to support product demonstrations, training and onboarding for clients across India.

What you’ll do

- Run product demos for business owners and managers on Google Meet and at client sites, tailored to how each business operates.
- Handle questions and objections during demos, and follow up until the client makes a decision.
- Onboard new clients: set up accounts, configure the product, add staff and import existing data.
- Train owners,



managers and frontline staff until they’re confident using the product independently.
- Stay close to each current client during their first 30 days, helping them build consistent product usage.
- Keep accurate records of every demo and each client’s onboarding status.
- Turn client feedback, feature requests and difficulties into clear notes for the product team.
- Maintain demo scripts, help videos and onboarding checklists.

What we’re looking for

- Candidates fluent in Hindi or Tamil are preferred, particularly those comfortable conducting product demos and training in either language.
- Fluency in Malayalam and English. Kannada is an added advantage.
- Comfort with software and the ability to explain it clearly to people with limited technical knowledge.
- Willingness to travel to client sites across India.
- Patience, strong organisational skills and consistent follow-up without reminders.

How we’ll measure success

- Demo-to-paid conversion rate.
- Time from signup to go-live.
- Clients still actively using the product after 60 days.

What you get

- Salary: ₹3,00,000 per year, plus incentives for every client who converts and stays live.
- Travel reimbursement for client visits.
