Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role involves engaging prospective and existing customers, explaining travel offerings, and recommending personalized trip packages aligned with customer needs and preferences. The Sales Specialist will manage the sales pipeline, follow up on inquiries, close deals, and maintain accurate records in CRM or sales tracking tools. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams to align sales efforts with marketing campaigns, providing exceptional in-person and phone support,



and contributing to revenue growth through proactive outreach and upselling. The role also includes participating in product training, staying updated on travel trends and company offerings, and supporting promotional events or customer engagement activities.

Proven Sales experience with the ability to convert leads, negotiate, and achieve or exceed sales targets.

Experience in Training or sales coaching to support team development and consistent service quality.

Sales Management or basic pipeline management skills to track opportunities, forecast results, and report on performance.

Prior experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, or related service industries is an advantage.

Comfort working in an on-site, customer-facing environment in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for peak travel seasons or events.

Basic proficiency with CRM systems, spreadsheets, and office productivity tools.

a degree in Business, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
