Amgen seeks a Director of Finance to lead financial operations and build a high-performing finance team in India. The role encompasses financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and oversight of manufacturing and operations finance functions across the organization.

Responsibilities

Build, lead, and develop a high-performing finance team with focus on talent strategy and capability development

Establish standardized financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and analytics processes for operations support

Deliver actionable financial insights to support decision-making and resource allocation for business leaders

Oversee Business Plan, Latest Estimates, long-range planning, and COGM processes across supported functions

Drive consistency and simplification across financial processes, tools,



and data to enable scalable support models

Requirements

Finance, FP&A;, operations finance, or manufacturing finance experience

Demonstrated track record building and leading teams in shared services environments

Solid knowledge of standard costing, COGM, and Cost of Sales processes

Experience supporting global operations, supply chain, or manufacturing organizations

Advanced financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and variance analysis skills

Ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively in matrixed structures

Proven success driving process improvement and designing scalable finance solutions
