About the Company

Lighthouse Properties is seeking a professional Telecaller to support communication and client engagement for its real estate project activities in Hyderabad. The role involves speaking with prospective and existing clients, sharing accurate project information, and helping the team maintain an organized site-visit pipeline.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
- Explain project details, including location, pricing, amenities, plot or flat sizes, and possession status.
- Respond to client questions clearly and provide relevant guidance on ongoing projects.
- Schedule and coordinate client site visits.
- Maintain accurate call, response, and client visit records.




- Follow up with clients before and after scheduled visits.
- Submit daily call summaries and site-visit updates to the manager.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in telecalling or real estate is preferred.
- Robust verbal communication and professional telephone etiquette.
- Fluency in Telugu and English.
- Minimum qualification of 10+2; higher qualifications are preferred.
- Ability to maintain organized records and follow up consistently.

This is a full-time, in-office opportunity in Hyderabad with a monthly salary range of ₹20,000 to ₹25,000.
