- Qualification:* Diploma / Graduate Engineer
- Experience:* 7–10 years in a relevant field
- Salary:* 80,000 – 1,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Manage and supervise service operations and activities.

Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.

Lead and guide the service team to achieve performance targets.

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.

Monitor service quality, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.

Ensure timely maintenance, troubleshooting,



and technical support.

Prepare service reports and maintain proper documentation.
