The role sits within the H&M; Production organization and will work closely with the Business Tech Team, the central technology and data function responsible for building and enabling digital, analytics, and reporting capabilities across the business.
As a Senior Data Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, leveraging advanced analytics, stakeholder management, and problem-solving capabilities to drive business performance. You will lead complex analytical initiatives, influence decision-making through actionable insights, establish robust KPI frameworks, and mentor junior team members while fostering a data-driven culture across the organization.
Use Python or R for data analysis, data manipulation, and automation.
Write SQL queries to extract, filter, and manipulate data.
Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI or Tableau.
Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives by translating complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Analytics,
or a related field.
- 6-10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, automation, and statistical modelling.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
- Proven ability to solve business problems through analytical and data-driven approaches.
- Experience in KPI development, performance tracking, and business reporting.
- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based analytics platforms.
