The ideal candidate should have experience managing end-to-end IT projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, handling stakeholders, and ensuring timely project delivery while maintaining quality and security standards.Key Responsibilities :- Plan, execute, and manage IT infrastructure and cybersecurity projects from initiation to closure.- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.- Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies.- Coordinate with technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and management.- Drive stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.- Monitor project progress and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.- Identify project risks, issues,



and dependencies and implement mitigation plans.- Manage Windows infrastructure-related project activities.- Coordinate with cybersecurity teams to ensure security requirements and compliance are addressed.- Conduct project review meetings and track action items.- Ensure proper project documentation, reporting, and governance.Required Skills :- Robust experience in Project Management.- Excellent Stakeholder Management and communication skills.- Understanding of Cybersecurity concepts and IT Infrastructure.- Knowledge of Windows infrastructure and related technologies.- Experience managing cross-functional technical teams.- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.- Experience with project tracking, reporting, and risk management.Preferred Skills :- PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile/Scrum certification.- Experience with IT infrastructure transformation projects.- Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and infrastructure operations.- Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks and IT security practices.- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ServiceNow.Ideal Candidate Profile :- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.- Excellent stakeholder coordination and conflict-resolution abilities.- Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams.- Strong focus on project delivery, quality, and timelines.Work Location : PAN India (ref:hirist.tech)
