BE/BTech in Chemical engineering

Experience

Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in Pharma manufacturing, Planning and capacity calculation and QMS etc.

API manufacturing and batch execution

Production planning and scheduling

Capacity mapping and capacity utilization analysis

Reactor, centrifuge, dryer, and utility resource planning

cGMP and regulatory compliance





EHSS and process safety management

SAP systems and production reporting

Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement

Manufacturing KPI monitoring

Cross-functional coordination with SCM, QA, QC, Engineering, PRD, and Warehouse teams

MS Excel and advanced analytics

Adhering to the systems and policies of the company with dedication to work and result oriented approach during the execution of work
