Build and ship LLM-powered features, automation workflows, and intelligent user experiences
Design backend services and APIs (REST/gRPC) that connect AI models to production applications
Partner with AI/ML engineers to take models from experiment to reliable, scalable service
Make AI systems observable: monitoring, logging, and performance tuning
Explore new AI advances (agent frameworks, embeddings, retrieval) and apply them to real product problems

8+ years building scalable backend applications

- Strong Python, plus one of Java, Go, or C++




- Experience with microservices and REST/gRPC APIs
- Hands-on experience integrating LLM or ML services into applications
- Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and system design
- Experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)

RAG systems, AI agents, vector databases, or embeddings
Event-driven or real-time data processing
Observability tools for AI applications
