GenStrat.ai is a fast-growing conversational AI startup building intelligent AI agents. We have built our own NLU stack and are now expanding into agentic AI use cases across industries.
We are now looking for a high-hunger, execution-driven Sales Associate who understands AI and can help us accelerate revenue growth.

Responsibilities
This is a founding sales team role.
You will work directly with the Founder & CTO to:
Generate qualified leads
Close early enterprise & SME deals
Build outbound & inbound sales pipelines
Open partnerships in BFSI, Healthcare & EdTech
Validate recent AI use cases with clients
This is an equity-only role initially, ideal for someone who believes in AI and wants startup-level upside.

Responsibilities
Identify and approach decision-makers (CXOs, Heads of Ops, Founders)
Run cold outreach campaigns (LinkedIn, Email, Calls)
Qualify and nurture leads
Conduct product demos (with founder support)




Manage CRM & sales pipeline
Close pilot projects and recurring contracts
Build long-term B2B relationships

Must Have
1–5 years of B2B sales experience (SaaS preferred)
Strong communication & persuasion skills
Comfortable speaking to CXOs
High ownership mindset
Self-driven and execution focused

Good to Have
Understanding of AI / Conversational AI / SaaS products
Experience selling to BFSI, Healthcare, or EdTech
Startup experience
Familiarity with CRM tools
Knowledge of outbound automation tools
