Role Description The Spa Manager at Somara Wellness is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing daily spa operations and ensuring a premium guest experience. This role includes managing spa staff, coordinating schedules, and supervising service delivery to maintain consistent quality standards. The Spa Manager will handle customer inquiries and feedback, manage reservations, and resolve service issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
