Data Migration Lead (Conga CPQ/CLM) – Freelance – Remote
We are currently looking for an experienced Data Migration Lead with strong expertise across Conga CPQ & CLM to join a long-term global programme for a leading pharmaceutical client.
This is a fully remote freelance opportunity supporting APAC-related project activities, working within a large-scale enterprise transformation environment.

Key Responsibilities
Analyse source and target systems to identify data requirements, inconsistencies, and migration challenges
Develop and implement extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) strategies for migration into Conga solutions
Define and configure data models, migration scripts, and transformation logic
Ensure data quality, integrity, cleansing, and validation throughout the migration lifecycle
Plan and execute migration testing and reconciliation activities
Optimise migration processes for automation and efficiency




Collaborate closely with product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and technical teams
Produce technical documentation including migration design documents, user stories, deployment plans, and related materials

Required Skills & Experience
Strong hands-on experience with Conga CPQ & CLM
Solid Salesforce platform knowledge including integrations, APIs, and custom development capabilities
Proven experience with data migration tools and ETL processes
Strong SQL, data modelling, and data transformation expertise
Experience working with large enterprise datasets and complex migration programmes
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliverables in a fast-paced global setting
