This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Windflower Resorts & Spa, located in Salcette. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales strategies, maintaining client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Responsibilities include identifying and pursuing current business opportunities, managing sales activities to increase bookings, creating detailed sales reports, and collaborating with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.



The Sales Manager will also participate in marketing efforts, promote the resort's offerings, and monitor market trends to inform business strategies.

Proven experience in Sales Management, Business Development, and Client Relationship Management
Experience in Hospitality Sales, Customer Service Excellence, and understanding of the hospitality industry
Excellent Organizational, Leadership, and Time Management skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field
Proficiency in Sales Support tools and CRM software is preferred
