Join our Team as a Data Administrator
Hours: UK Shift

We're looking for a detail-driven Data Administrator to join our energetic team at Onecom. In this role, you'll play a key part in improving data quality and supporting business change projects across the organisation. Working closely with the Data Manager and Business Analysts, you'll help streamline processes, maintain accurate data, and contribute to the success of new systems and efficiencies.

Strong IT skills, including Excel and Word
Experience with SQL and Google BigQuery is an advantage
Knowledge of CRM systems such as Salesforce is desirable
Assist the Data Manager and Business Analysts with day-to-day Salesforce data administration
Perform data cleansing using Excel
Manage support cases within the CRM system
Upload data to systems as required
Handle account de-duplication and merging using tools such as Excel
Match data across systems to ensure consistency




Create simple reports using CRM reporting functions
Administer testing sheets and support release testing
Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal teams during testing and training
Promote compliance with company policies and processes
Holidays : 18 days annual leave, + 6 public holidays
Other Leave : 7 days casual leave, 7 days sick leave
