At Actioneer, we're building a voice-first customer engagement platform to help enterprises provide intuitive, consumer-grade experiences for their customers. Our suite is designed for cheaply querying enterprise data, detecting bots, and resolving customer queries. We're a small, well-capitalized team backed by investors like South Park Commons, Z47, Bitkraft and Sony Ventures. We're hiring an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team. You'll own features end to end, from prototyping and design to implementation and production. The typical problems we work on revolve around AI agents, data infrastructure, and building products that solve real business problems.Build and ship product features end to end, working across frontend, backend, and AI agents
Build and improve AI agents, including tool integrations, evaluations,



and production monitoring
Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate development and ship high-quality software faster
Own features beyond deployment, measuring performance and continuously improving them

5+ years in software engineering with experience having worked on production systems at scale

- Able to quickly ship a v1 and iterate from there
- Solid experience with distributed systems and event-driven architectures
- Comfortable working across the stack and picking up new technologies as needed
- Strong bias for measuring and improving system performance
